The only dumb thing I still do when I move from my Mac to my WinXP box is hold down the Window key and click another application, expecting this to minimize the app I’m leaving.

It puts a blank item in the taskbar notification area; I included source and VC++ 6.0 files so you can make it not (though it does seem to need a long-running process).
